Rance is married to Kecia, and they have five daughters, one of them (Mylia) still at home. He has a bachelor's degree from ASU in psychology, a master's degree in leadership development from Phoenix Seminary and has been a pastor for over 30 years. Rance loves to help people take their next step spiritually, from putting their faith in Jesus for the first time to becoming disciples that make disciples. He enjoys coffee, sushi and basically any kind of spicy food, as well as taking trips with his family whenever possible.
