FAMILY VBS
WHAT: FAMILY VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
Family VBS is an interactive 4-evening experience where your family will get the opportunity to make memories, grow together spiritually, and connect with other New Life families.
WHy: giving parents the opportunity to engage with their child’s faith.
We believe that parents and grandparents are the primary spiritual influence in their children’s lives. There is no more important topic to discuss with your child than their faith in Christ. This event is designed to inspire and equip you to have those faith-based discussions with your children.
WHO: CHILDREN, PARENTS, & GRANDPARENTS
WHEN: MONDAY, JULY 8TH - THURSDAY, JULY 11TH from 5PM-7:30PM
WHERE: new life community church.
Check-In will be located in the Lobby. All activities will be located in the Main Auditorium.
AGES
The Family VBS is welcomed to all ages, but is designed for elementary-aged children.
If you have younger children and wish to drop them off at childcare, it is provided for ages 0-5 while you attend the Family VBS with your older children. If you have a teenager, they can feel free to attend with your family, or they can sign up to serve (see form below).
DAILY SCHEDULE
MONDAY-THURSDAY
5:00pm-5:30pm: Dinner (Kid & Allergy Friendly)
5:30pm-6:00pm: Team Competitions
6:00pm-7:20pm: Skits, Worship, Teachings, and Games
7:20pm-7:30pm: Team Competitions
COST
$10 PER FAMILY
No matter the size of your family, the cost is $10. This includes dinner each evening for your family.

FAQs
What if one of my family members can’t arrive by 5pm?
That’s okay! They are free to join the experience at any point throughout the night. We just ask that you check that family member in when you check the rest of your family in each day.
What IF I ONLY HAVE TEENAGERS AND NO YOUNGER KIDS?
The Family VBS is welcomed to all ages, but is designed for elementary-aged children. If you have a teenager, they can feel free to attend with your family, or they can sign up to serve (see form above).
What do I need to bring?
We encourage each member of your family to bring a Bible and a water bottle. If you do not have a Bible, we have extras that you can have! On the first day, each member of your family will be given a bandana showing you what team you are on. We ask that you wear that bandana each day of Family VBS.
What if I WANT MY SMALL CHILD TO STAY WITH ME IN THE FAMILY VENUE?
That is completely up to you! Though the Family VBS is designed for elementary-aged children, our younger kiddos will still enjoy the singing, dancing, and skits.
What should i wear?
Wear whatever is most comfortable to you! You will be emailed in advance with your family’s team color. If your family would like, you can come to Family VBS representing your team color!
WHERE DO I GO WHEN I ARRIVE EACH DAY?
Head to the New Life Lobby to check in each day at 5pm, and then you will be instructed to head to the Main Auditorium for dinner and activities.
